Update re David Nathan Bread of life Ministries

There has been a lot of discussion and ill feeling regarding David Nathans teaching on the Millennium blood sacrifice. Today however on a facebook comment someone even claimed that Jacob was just the same as David as they heard him teach the same thing. This nonsense and the resulting taking of sides must stop for the sake of the Church and and Glory and respect of our Lord. Jacob has replied to Davids most recent videos you can see them yourself and make your mind up based on scripture, not personality, or who you like most. The GCR response to this situation, was to take David of air from his daily broadcasts until he prayed this through and retracted his position. He has not done so, as a result we have taken David of the air permanently. No one else on GCR or anyone I have heard off teaches this doctrine.Nor do we support his teaching of the praying into garments as used by people like Hinn, Copeland, and many other heretical word of faith and prosperity type ministries to many to mention. I can no longer support Davids ministry as his teaching is at such variance to accepted scriptural understanding and belief. David has caused the issue, no one else.He has had several months to address the problems he has caused. however he has not withdrawn his position, but instead creates a smoke screen with superficial spurious and irrelevant allegations. Here are the links to the videos should you wish to view them.  Davids video response to Jacob    Stuart Menalaws and David responding to Jacob on GV247       Jacobs response to David

The Day of Atonement is better known to the Jews as Yom Kippur. In the Old Testament, the priest had to ensure everything was perfect. He was not carrying out the functions but ensuring they were sufficient. It pictures the coming of the Messiah Who will restore all things, including the nation of Israel. Yom Kippur is actually written “Yom Ha-Kippurim” and reads as “a day of Purim” or a “day of deliverance,” and for the ancient Israelites, it was a day of deliverance from their sins, but today, it points to Jesus atoning for our sins and taking upon Himself the wrath of God that we deserved. However, Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection mean our separation from God is removed and we can now be “at one” with God.

The Day of Atonement foreshadowed the work of Christ and has been fulfilled at the cross where He Who knew no sin died for those who are sinners (2nd Cor 5:21); the innocent dying for the guilty; the Perfect dying for the imperfect, and so He “entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption” (Heb 9:12), because animal sacrifices were never enough, and so “Christ has entered, not into holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true things, but into heaven itself, now to appear as GOD as the Messiah in the presence of the people.

Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own, for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly from the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself” (Heb 9:24-26). This then leaves only one conclusion as you have mentioned the remaining people still in traditional form still need to be taught the consequences of sin and the significance of Christ’s sacrifice.

He cannot go through it again, so animal sacrifice demonstrates the consequences and power of death through sin married to the salvation of the Holy anointed one in their presence who paid that price himself. Therefore the animal sacrifice is a memorial and teaching mechanism, as it has no power and confirms the remaining feasts as those ordained for the Jewish nation who accept Jesus as their saviour along with those gentiles who have been grafted in.

It can only be a Jewish ceremony as that is the people we are grafted into and who the Lord is King and our saviour, high priest and King in the order of Malchezadick for ever. The blood of Jesus is still the only means of salvation, as it was even before the cross. Remember he died for all mankind from Adam and those saints he visited to confirm this after his death on the cross knew this as they waited in Abrahams bosom for his appearance to take them home.

So there is no change regardless of time, past or future. He is eternal his promise and power are eternal, his love and grace are eternal, albeit the grace administered by his Holy Spirit comes to an end at the Millennium, as it is no longer required to quicken hearts towards Jesus, as he is now Confirmed as Lord and saviour forever in Jerusalem with his nation and those in the 1000 year reign where sadly even then, With satan removed many will still not accept Jesus as saviour. I think you have not understood what Jacob has taught, as it is nowhere near anything taught by David.

Here is an example from GV247 that confirms his unchanging position as taught on longer videos. I hope you watch, and find it useful, if so post it to your friends, thank you in the name of Jesus our savoir
